* YOU get to choose which stylist does your hair. This will not be changed without your consent.
* Your time is important! It is unusual that we have delays but sometimes it happens. We will let you know when you arrive if there are any problems. If there is a substantial delay (more than 10 minutes), we will ring you and tell you what the estimated time is.  When you book your appointment, please tell us if you need to be somewhere at a certain time. We WILL do everything within our power to make sure you get to your next appointment. If you are running late for any reason. please let us know so we can plan ahead for other clients.

All our Senior Stylists are fully qualified and highly experienced. Our staff attend regular training sessions with Keune technicians to ensure they are up to date with the latest products and trends. We do not have any apprentices.
